Where we are
We are in Tuscany, in a land known and appreciated all over the world for its landscapes, nature and local specialties.
Venturina Terme is located a few kilometers south of Bolgheri, exactly in front of the Gulf of Baratti, a place where the richness of the soil, together with the climate mitigated by the influence of the sea, allow plants and our vegetables to grow vigorously.
History and crops
It starts with the olive tree, with old plants, inherited from grandparents and new small trees, planted to have more and more fruit to crush.
Officina di Campagna was born thanks to the idea of two women, strong in the tradition they had themselves, in finding their pantries well stocked by their mothers and grandmothers with many good, homemade things. Officina di Campagna offers itself as an alternative to these mothers of yesteryear, preparing and potting vegetables. Today one has a rich pantry even at times when the earth is hard or too dry to work.
It is Manola and Daniela, the two women from different generations, who have collaborated to create a line that is ideal not only for families but also for all people living alone, who want to eat something good and healthy, quickly.
Products
We open the assortment with Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, moving on to fragrant oils, special for enriching various dishes.
Oil also becomes the tasty preservative of crisp jarred vegetables, creams and olives. So many products perfect for preparing an aperitif, an appetizer, tasty side dishes to accompany meat or fish. Creams are also ideal for stuffing flatbreads, pizzas and sandwiches.
All products are harvested, processed and potted within 24 hours to ensure quality, taste and consistency.
